Availability of benefits

Refer to the Settlement Agreement for complete terms and conditions of the proposed settlement.

The Court has issued its final order and memorandum approving the settlement, but certain class members who objected to the settlement have appealed the Court's order. The appeal must be resolved in favor of the settlement before the benefits described in the settlement notice are available to class members. Class members will be notified by postcard when the claims review desk is open and able to accept your claims review request.
